The KREATON PROJECT is his classical-ambiental side project. The “SACRA MONARCHIA” CD which was released in 2004, was nominated for the best album by hungarian music journalists, on a competition called HUNGARIAN METAL AWARDS, though it is not a rock or metal CD. The CD contains Matlarys theatrical music,too, for example, the blood-freezing score of Sloboda Tibors interpretation of Shakespeare-s MACBETH.Sloboda is an actor and director,who visually shocked the hungarian and serbian theatre world with his incredible personality and artistic challenge similar to Tim Burton or David Lynch. Other artists of this amazing CD include Felix Lajko, the world-famous violinist, the hungarian leading star singer, Tamara Bencsik, the great macedonian actress, Ana Kostovska and a former Nevergreen member, Vladimir Rusic.
* Miklos Matlary is not only a good songwriter or one of the leading members of the gothic- rock band Nevergreen but he is a classical-ambiental composer and a composer of theatre background music, too. He has a perfectionistic point of view and a music writer with classical background and education.
